This coaching relationship is a strategic alliance built to help you bridge the space between your present situation and your divine calling. Through goal setting and intentional spiritual grounding, we collaborate to refresh your heart and mind. Our work prioritizes current action and future expansion, utilizing intentional faith-driven standards to ensure you achieve lasting mental and spiritual peace.

Session Frequency
The partnership is organized through consistent sessions, held every week or every other week, to ensure you maintain focus and continue moving toward your goals for personal renewal.
Session Duration
Each dedicated professional session spans sixty minutes. This hour is reserved for your personal exploration, aligning your goals, and creating powerful strategies for daily life.
Agreement Term
This contract is active for the full length of your chosen coaching program. Either person can end this partnership with written notice, following our specific cancellation protocols.
Financial Policies
Investing in coaching is a significant step in your faith journey. My clear billing process is intended to support your progress while providing total transparency.
- Individual Coaching Session: $60 (60 minutes). Payment is due before the time of service. Accepted payment methods: All major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
To provide a secure experience, every transaction is handled via protected digital systems before our scheduled appointment commences.
Scheduling Changes
A thriving coaching bond requires honoring our shared calendar. I utilize a specific protocol for updates to show respect for the work we are doing together.
Please ensure at least twenty-four hours of notice for any requested scheduling modifications. No-shows or cancellations within twenty-four hours incur full charges. Honoring these terms supports your continued path toward transformation and healing.
Your Sanctuary of Privacy
At Renewed Mind Coaching, your privacy is handled with the highest ethical care. Every detail shared during our sessions remains strictly confidential, barring any legal requirements for disclosure. We offer a secure, faith-informed space where you can be open and honest, knowing our dedication to your privacy is sacred. This trust serves as the core of our collaborative work and the driver for your true growth.
Service Agreement
This contract formalizes the professional bond between Renewed Mind Coaching and the Client. It defines the structured framework and spiritual intentions designed to help you reach your milestones and achieve holistic wellness.
Our process is a collective effort focused on setting targets and shifting your outlook. By integrating timeless truths with modern practicalities, we tackle hurdles and guide you toward a deeper sense of heavenly purpose and joy.
1. Coaching Nature
You acknowledge that coaching does not represent clinical therapy or psychiatric treatment. The objective is life strategy and future progress. If you experience a crisis or require clinical support, you must seek immediate assistance from a licensed medical professional or emergency services.
2. Coaching Limits
The person participating in coaching accepts full accountability for their choices and results. Real improvement depends on your active participation, openness to new ideas, and consistent follow-through on our agreed-upon tasks.
3. Client Commitments
We safeguard your personal sharing with total discretion. Your information will never be shared unless required by a court of law or in cases where there is an imminent threat of danger to yourself or others in the community.

Financial commitments must be satisfied according to your enrollment terms. Payment for coaching is required prior to our sessions or according to the specific payment plan established at the start of the term.
We prize our mutual time and require at least twenty-four hours of advance notice for any changes to scheduled meetings. Missing an appointment without twenty-four hours notice results in the loss of your session credit.
6. Change of Plans
Renewed Mind Coaching is not liable for personal decisions made by the Client. We are not responsible for any specific outcomes or consequences stemming from the coaching advice or partnership during our term together.
7. Liability Clause
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our office is based, ensuring that the rights of all involved parties are legally recognized.
